• All projects require an advance payment before work begins.
• Remaining balance must be cleared as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Delayed payments may result in suspension of ongoing work or delivery.
• Refunds (if any) will be subject to management’s discretion and based on the stage of project completion.

3. Project Timelines & Revisions

• Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon and may vary based on client responsiveness.
• Minor revisions are included as per package. Extra revisions or major changes may attract additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• All creative work (logos, designs, campaigns, etc.) remains the property of Create India Advertising until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership rights of final deliverables will be transferred to the client.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Advertising performance (such as leads, sales, reach, or engagement) depends on market conditions, audience behavior, and third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google). We cannot guarantee specific results.
• We are not liable for delays or issues arising from third-party vendors, platforms, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. All business strategies, data, and project information shared with us will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent.

7. Termination & Renewal

• Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, work completed up to that date will be billed.
• Renewal or extension of services (e.g., ad campaigns, retainers) must be confirmed before the due date to avoid interruption.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on our website, and continued use of our services will mean acceptance of the updated terms.
